DEFINITION OF TERMS
Seller – SC TZUBY TOYS SRL under the name TzubyTOYS
Buyer / Customer – any natural person (over 16 years old) or legal person who places an order.
Site – https://tzubycampers.ro/ domain and its subdomains.
User – any natural or legal person who, by accessing this site, has given his consent regarding its Terms and Conditions.
Order – an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the Buyer and the Seller through which the Buyer transmits to the Seller, through the Site, its intention to purchase Goods and Services from the Site
Contract – represents the distance contract concluded between the seller and the buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Buyer or the Seller.
Price – represents the equivalent value of the good, claimed and requested by the Seller which includes VAT

SC TZUBY TOYS SRL constantly strives to display the products as truthfully and clearly as possible on this site. However, the photos on the website may not show exactly all the color, tone, and / or texture details due to differences in the texturing and color rendering of each device. The photos of the products are for information purposes only and do not create contractual obligations.
By registering for an online order, the buyer agrees with the seller’s communication methods (telephone and e-mail) for commercial operations.
The order made on this website is considered a contract between the Buyer and the Seller, SC TZUBY TOYS SRL and must be executed by both parties. SC TZUBY TOYS SRL undertakes to deliver the ordered products, and the user undertakes to pay the value of the order.
SC TZUBY TOYS SRL reserves the right to change the quantity of goods and / or services, notifying the buyer by e-mail or telephone. In case of online payment, SC TZUBY TOYS SRL will refund the amount paid to the buyer.
The contract will last until the delivery and full payment of all ordered products.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
SC TZUBY TOYS SRL uses the services of other companies for the payment of orders and the transport of parcels. The responsibility for these services lies entirely with the service providers.
The parcels are delivered to the sending company in a maximum of 72 working hours. Once the package is delivered, the delivery depends exclusively on the courier company. Delivery fees are mentioned on the site and differ depending on the quantity and value of the ordered products. In the event that the shipment of the products could take more than 72 hours to the courier, the buyer will be informed by phone or email and the parties may agree on a new term by mutual agreement, verbal or written.
The final price paid by the customer consists of the price of the product and the related shipping costs and includes VAT. SC TZUBY TOYS SRL does not charge any other fee to the customer when purchasing the product. For any additional fee you can immediately contact the e-mail address at hello@tzubytoys.ro.
On the tzubycampers.ro website, payment of orders can be made in advance, by card or bank transfer or by cash on delivery. You can choose the type of payment you want in the order form.
CARD
By selecting “Online payment” you will be redirected to the secure EuPlătesc page, where you will fill in the card and contact details, and the transaction will be processed by EuPlătesc.
BANK TRANSFER
The payment of the order will be made to SC TZUBY TOYS in the account RO88 BACX 0000 0021 4806 8001 opened at UNICREDIT BANK SA. The delivery will be made after the money enters the account of SC TZUBY TOYS SRL.

Payment will be made upon delivery of the package by paying the value of the ordered products including transport taxes (where applicable) the exact amount being specified in the confirmation email.
RETURN POLICY
According to GEO no. 34/2014, the Buyer has the right to return the ordered product within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, the Seller undertaking to return the value of the product within 7 days of receiving the product in a bank account designated by the Buyer.
If you want a partial or complete return of an order, please let us know in writing at the e-mail address at hello@tzubytoys.ro.
SC TZUBY TOYS SRL reserves the right to deduct from the price the transport taxes and a necessary percentage in case the returned product can no longer be sold as a new product. We do not take responsibility for packages that end up damaged by us due to improper packaging.
According to the legislation in force, SC TZUBY TOYS SRL reserves the right not to accept the return of used products, and products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene / health protection.
If the Buyer discovers at the time of delivery that a product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer may request a replacement or refund of money that has already been collected without further compensation. For this, the Buyer must notify us in writing, at the e-mail address of hello@tzubytoys.ro within 48 hours of receiving the order.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The purpose of the site content is to provide up-to-date and accurate information. Although SC TZUBY TOYS SRL constantly ensures that this site does not contain printing errors and displays the prices correctly, it cannot guarantee that these pages do not contain human errors. In this case, SC TZUBY TOYS SRL will cancel the delivery of the order and will notify the Buyer about the error that appeared in the shortest time, leaving it to the Buyer’s decision whether or not to purchase the product.
SC TZUBY TOYS SRL does not assume responsibility and cannot be held liable for damages caused by the misuse of the products purchased through this site.
