The town of Tabor (Czech Republic), located one hour south of Prague, was built entirely by the Hussites in the 15th century. The medieval historical center is very well preserved and restored.
Tumultuous history that in some places you don’t feel like telling the children, but it is part of not only the spiritual but also the Christian cultural heritage. Local museums are worth visiting, underground tunnels partially open for the public as part of the Hussites Museum.
The area is camper friendly, there are several parking lots walking distance from the historic center.
